These returns are being raised on parcels the platform says are LOST. The return document moves stock IN, but nothing is coming back — post a stock-out after the return, or on-hand is overstated by these units. Undecided lines return on every close until someone answers.

Undecided orders stay on the Review tab and return next run.

The loop clears most of this on its own: do the work in EPB, re-export, and re-run — the list shrinks each time. Close is for the residue EPB will never show: work handled outside the system. It is remembered forever and the order is never proposed again — add remarks if you want the why on record.

Roles authorize the app: ADMIN sees this tab, OPERATOR runs the close (FINAL included), DISABLED is the revocation — history is kept. Accounts themselves come from a Supabase invite or Google sign-in; granting a role here also lets that exact email through the Google signup gate.

Who did what, newest first — close runs (FINAL flagged), manual task closures with their remarks, ledger confirms and write-offs, review decisions, role changes. Entries before 29 Aug 2026 predate attribution and show (unattributed).
